The role is office based. Salary £23,000- £30,000
The Sales and Customer Accounts Manager role is an office-based position with an outstanding working environment plus exciting career and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will provide a prompt and efficient service to our international customers, maximise all revenue opportunities and administer all associated paperwork, providing outstanding customer service.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- A background in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- A professional approach, accurate and efficient record keeping.
- Office skills including Microsoft Office, Excel etc
- Keen to learn and develop new skills, enthusiastic and a good team player
- Desirable- knowledge of procurement
