Procurement Assistant

Value Match are working with an organisation who are experts in professional services spend management, to exclusively support them with their recruitment into their fast growing business. We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team on a full time permanent basis, based in Nottingham, with a salary of between £20,000 - £25,000, dependent upon experience.

As a Procurement Assistant you will report into the Head of Operational Procurement and will provide direct support to your clients with their sourcing activities and managing the end to end procurement process using the source to pay platform. You will be a self-starter who can take ownership of their work, with a passion to learn and develop as Constellia grows.

Role responsibilities:

• Provide support to our clients with their procurement sourcing requirements.
• Managing the end-to-end procurement process
• Researching and identifying service providers that will be able to deliver excellent service to our clients 
• Be a key contact to our clients and service provider
• Respond to system and support queries
• Reviewing new service provider onboarding requests 
• Conducting spend analysis 
• Filing documents in SharePoint 
• Monitor and maintain inboxes. 
• Organising meetings with clients and service providers  
• General office administration support 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 1 – 2 years post-graduation experience within an office environment
• Basic understanding of what procurement is
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritise and manage your workload effectively
• Microsoft Office suite
• Great interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships
