Value Match are supporting a public sector organisation who are looking to appoint multiple Category Managers on an initial 3 month contract basis. These roles are remote working with a day rate of £350 - £500 inside IR35 depending on experience.
The successful candidates will be responsible for end to end projects from outline business case stage through to implementation and contract management, as required, this will include managing the full ITT process and ensuring best value for money by the effective sourcing of goods and services and to ensure that risk is managed, key performance objectives are identified, and strategies are in place to enable procurement performance to be monitored across the category areas.

- Experience of strategic sourcing and managing complex procurements
- Commercial and risk management
- Good inter-personal skills and able to build effective supplier relationships
