Background
The Value Match team has designed and delivered a broad range of procurement programmes, from large procurement transformations, building procurement operations, to delivering specific sourcing events or implementing eCommerce solutions. We have extensive experience in the public and private sectors and have managed major procurement change programmes nationally and globally.
One of the most challenging aspects of any procurement transformation programme is ensuring access to the right level of skills and capability to deliver. Traditionally, procurement training has been provided by membership organisations, often within a linear developmental structure and costing thousands of pounds. Despite this, courses can still lack practical guidance for individuals on how to deliver their role more effectively. Value Match courses emphasise how learners can begin adding value from the moment that they complete the course.
Our Solution
Value Match Academy is designed to support individuals and organisations to improve the capabilities that they need to deliver for their roles, instantly. Courses can be accessed through our dedicated learning management system, ensuring the learner can access the course 24/7 and revisit learning points.
The courses are practitioner led, last no longer than 1 hour with the aim for the learner to be able to walk away and complete the tasks covered within the training more effectively than before. We believe enhancing individual’s capability is fundamental to organisations delivering better outcomes, supports individual development and demonstrates an organisations investment in employees.
Our solution tests the learners understand by engaging them throughout the course and asking them to complete a short ‘quiz’ at the end of each course, following which, they are presented with a certificate of completion.
We currently have range of courses available through the Value Match Academy, we will be adding additional courses throughout the year focused on providing the practical building blocks for individual’s or team’s professional development.
