Climate Change is a common concern of humankind, Parties should respect, promote and consider their respective obligations on human rights, the right to health, the rights of indigenous peoples, local communities, migrants, children, persons with disabilities and people in vulnerable situations. Emphasizes the urgency of scaling up action and support, including finance, capacity building and technology transfer, to enhance adaptive capacity, strengthen resilience and reduce vulnerability to climate change in line with the best available science. Urges developed country Parties to urgently and significantly scale up their provision of climate finance, including for adaptation.
