Challenge
Due to headcount increase over time, Value Match had multiple mobile phone connections with varying connection dates. Value Match partnered with Billmonitor to discover monthly savings against our mobile phone spend. With a 70/30 split across two networks, Value Match had limited internal resources to monitor and understand the accounts on a regular basis.
Solution
Value Match provided Billmonitor with access to our online mobile phone accounts and using their unique software and extensive insights, Billmonitor supported Value Match to discover how much we could save on our phone bill, whilst also achieving operational efficiencies by moving to a managed service.
Billmonitor took the time to understand our users, current requirements and potential future needs before comparing proposals from EE, Vodafone and O2 to ensure their proposal meet business objectives.
Billmonitor managed all communications and technical elements, making the transfer as smooth as possible. The Billmonitor team kept us informed about the progress and offered support should we encounter any issues.
