Value Match Services are looking for a bilingual Senior Procurement Manager to work with an International Transport Organisation. This opportunity would be outside IR35 with a day rate of £500-£600, with a contract lasting a minimum of 6 months and a start date in September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the tender process. Some home working possible, but travel to London and France would be required.
- MCIPS or equivalent qualification or experience
- Spoken and written English and French
- Project management/stakeholder management skills
- Experience of large, complex procurements
- A full understanding of public sector procurement regulations (desirable)
- Knowledge of catering and professional services categories, warehousing and logistics
