Relationship Manager

We are supporting a Private Sector Client who are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team on a fixed term 4 – 6-month contract to support the delivery of a large-scale public sector contract. This role is homebased currently with a potential requirement for travel, and the client is looking for an immediate start date.

Our client is private large global organisation focussing on customer journey and customer services, continuously looking at business process and efficiencies with digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing the customer relationship for a key public sector customer account, this will include reporting and requirements gathering for changes to service.
