Procurement Specialist - Warrington

We are currently supporting a Private Sector organisation, who provide services into the Public Sector, who are looking for a Procurement Officer. This is a Fixed Term position (Maternity Cover) based in Warrington with a salary of up to £23,000 on offer.

The successful candidate will report into the Procurement Delivery Manager and will be required to deliver support and advice as part of the Procurement Delivery team to customers and other stakeholders. To work as part of a team to identify opportunities to increase spend and identify savings for customers assigned whilst supporting individual customers with procurement activity, demonstrating the highest ethical and professional conduct behaviours to our client’s customers.

Candidates applying MUST HAVE the following experience:

• Experience in a similar role or interest in developing your career in Procurement, Supply Chain, Buying or Category Management
• Strong analytical skills and proactive enquiry approach
