Head of Strategic Procurement Consulting

We are supporting a Private Sector Consultancy to appoint a Head of Strategic Procurement Consulting to join their team. This is a permanent role with a salary of £60,000 - £65,000.

Based at the Northamptonshire office, with opportunity to work from home 3-4 days a week and potential travel to customers’ sites. The Head of Strategic Procurement Consulting will provide professional head of procurement services across the delivery of all complex sourcing projects being delivered through the procurement arm of the organisation, this will include developing and executing procurement strategies, reviewing and recommendations of target operating models and supporting overall customer requirements.

Successful candidates will have:

• MCIPS
• Experience of working with large consultancy firms.
• Experience of developing procurement strategies 
• Experience of relationship building and communication
• Experience of management of people and workload
