We are supporting a Private Sector client who are a global leader in providing cutting edge outsourced customer experience management services, who are seeking to appoint an Operations Business Analyst on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with a pro rata salary of £45,000 - £50,000. This role will be remote home working, with some office visits. The closing date to apply is 12th February 2021.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the documentation and delivery of operational processes and supporting the delivery of technology solutions for a large client implementation. This client facing role will support multiple internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of the project, ensuring that operations, data and training requirements are analysed and end to end solutions are captured and presented. The successful candidate will have experience of customer facing roles and be able to build successful working relationships with customers and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Candidates applying for this role need the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering new processes within an operational, contact centre environment and building relationships with external customers.
- Substantial experience in customer journeys and interfaces between processes and systems.
- Strong external, customer engagement skills, able to build rapport with people and work flexibly within a team in a contact centre environment.
- Experienced in producing client facing documentation to a high standard, including use of MS Visio where required.
- Professional Business Analysis qualification, such as IIBA, preferred.
- Previous experience of working in outsourcing and delivery documentation for Public Sector clients would be beneficial.
