Business Analyst (remote working)

We are supporting a Private Sector client who are looking to appoint an interim Business Analyst.  This role is for a 6-month contract, to start as soon as possible, with a pro rata salary of £45,000 - £50,000.  The closing date to apply is 22nd January 2021.  This role will be remote home working, with some office visits.

The role is for an experienced business analyst who understands customer journeys and contact centres and can work with fast paced change analysis.  Experience is needed of effectively supporting the delivery of technology solutions for a large client implementation.

Candidates applying for this role need the following experience:

• Professional Business Analysis qualification, such as IIBA preferred.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering new systems and processes within an operational and/or client facing (contact centre) environment and working with senior decision makers.
• Substantial experience in customer journeys and interfaces between processes and systems
• Experienced in producing client facing documentation to a high standard, including use of MS Visio where required.
• Previous experience of working in outsourcing and delivery documentation for Public Sector clients would be beneficial.
• Strong team player, to lead on the delivery of technical items or support other project team members.
