Value Match are supporting a not for profit strategic business consultancy based in the North East of England who are looking for a motivated Business Administrator to join their team, with a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 on offer working on a 3 month temp contract that has the potential to go permanent.
Our customer offers a number of core services, Business Transformation Delivery, New Build Development Consultancy and Procurement Consultancy solutions. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Procurement and assist the team in all business administration functions and associated processes and policies.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organising skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent administrative support to an office environment and staff including:
- Maintenance of electric filing and preparation of meeting documentation
- Managing correspondence and dealing with external queries
- Scheduling meetings, providing full support to meet the organiser both pre and post meeting
- Experience working within Construction or Social Housing would be beneficial
