Bid Writer

Value Match are supporting a leading provider within asbestos removal, demolition and remediation services who are looking for a Bid Writer to join their successful Commercial Bid Team. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience. The role will be a hybrid position split across their office in Leeds or Warrington and home working.

We are looking for a Bid Writer with excellent communication skills to fill a great role within the business – working with the Group Bid Manager within an established team, you will organise and coordinate bid production, write and gather content, and collate material into compelling bids/proposals which help drive business development. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who can write compelling and professional responses to prospective clients, and can confidently liaise with internal experts to create winning bid submissions.

Candidates applying must have the following skill set and experience:

• Able to produce high quality bid documents for successful bid submissions
• Understanding and knowledge of the construction industry and/or Health & Safety
• Excellent written and communication skills – able to work collaboratively
• Excellent timekeeping / ability to meet deadlines, and to work under pressure
