Value Match are supporting a leading provider within asbestos removal, demolition and remediation services who are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their growing bid team. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. The role will be based in their Head Office in Leeds with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
We are looking for a flexible individual with excellent communication and administrative skills who can support the growing bid team.
The successful candidate may be a recent Graduate or looking for the opportunity to break into bid writing. This role offers you the opportunity to train and progress into bid writing while supporting other Bid Writers every day. You will be the first point of contact for email enquiries, e-tendering portals and will be responsible for monitoring all new bid opportunities. You will also be responsible for supporting the wider team on bid activities such as preparing bid packs, completion of supplier questionnaires and requests for information.
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who can manage and work to multiple deadlines, communicate at all levels within an organisation, and preferably has some understanding of the bid process.

- Be confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
