Account (Contracts) Director

We are supporting a Private Sector Client who are looking for an Account Director to join their team on a fixed term 4 – 6-month contract to support the implementation and delivery of a large-scale public sector contract. This role is homebased currently with a potential requirement for travel, and the client is looking for an immediate start date.

Our client is private large global organisation focussing on customer journey and customer services, continuously looking at business process and efficiencies with digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction of the customer account whilst ensuring all contract commitments are met, and will have previously been involved in large scale contract implementation and delivery.

• Experience of managing large and complex projects and contracts
• Public Sector Experience
• Contact Centre or Business Management / Process Outsourcing experience
• Previous experience of working within a regulated environment
